Teaching Our Youth About Safe Hunting Practices

Our camp in San Angelo, TX is open to kids 12 years of age and older

Is your child interested in hunting? You'll be glad to know that SCI San Angelo TX Chapter hosts a Hunter Education Camp in San Angelo, TX. Our camp is a fun, interactive and educational way to teach kids and adults the importance of being safe with guns and when harvesting animals.

Here's what kids can do at our camp

All youth must have an adult register and participate in the camp with them. The cost to attend our camp is $125. This includes two nights of lodging, food and instruction for the child and the parent.

While at our camp, you will be able to:

Shoot .22 rifles
Take survival classes
Participate in archery lessons
Obtain your hunter education certification
